  • sir: what you are feeling is common among us, who came beyond the age of puberty, (lost) is the best word to describe it, because you dont realy know where to belong. you like things from back there and things from over here.
and like every one of us you wish you can just have a place where you can have both and frankly my dear that is just impossible , i resemble it to a guy that wants a beauty queen wife and he wants her to cook and clean and be the perfect mother and the ultimite companion. not going to happen trust me. i think the secret for the ones that truly survive in this (lost) desease is to take one option and stick with it. the last thing you want happening to you is to spend 25 years abraod and still feel (lost) like me.
    good luck

  • Do you know that Nizar Kabanni's grandchild (Nizar Kabanni Jr) was born on his death anniversary? I'd like to think that there is a link.
Maybe in the future he will continue his legacy...
By the way, I don't understand what the link of the photo is with Nizar Kabanni.
    Regards

  • Anon,

I think with little or no immagination one could conclude that the post is a tribute is to Nizar AND the beautiful women of the levant. Nizar celebrated the woman in his poems.I think the link is obvious.
